I have been a complete failure in my reaching my goals lately. The last few weeks (months?) I have been in a weird funk. Between starting a new job and finishing grad school I have had no will power. Starting to feel better and making better choices…again.
My new addiction is Chia Seed Pudding! 1 cup almond/coconut milk, 1 scoop protein powder (I use Plant Fusion) and 2 tbsp. chia seeds. Blend, cover and set in refrigerator over night. This is my new favorite breakfast :-)
Now to get back into a exercise routine. C25K, here I come again!
